Maddy Marziani
I’m a production leader with 15 years of experience overseeing integrated marketing content across broadcast, digital, social, print, and experiential platforms.
I partner closely with creative, account, and client leadership to shape production vision, define resourcing and budget strategy, and guide complex work from concept through delivery. My focus is building production models that scale—protecting creative ambition while ensuring operational rigor, financial stewardship, and calm execution under pressure.
Over the course of my career, I’ve led multi-client portfolios, stewarded $7MM+ in annual budgets, built and mentored producer teams, and developed systems and playbooks that improve how teams work together. I’m deeply experienced in talent strategy, usage, licensing, and compliance, and I’m known for sound judgment, collaborative leadership, and being the person teams trust when the stakes are high.
I’ve produced award-winning work recognized by Cannes Lions, Clio, Addys, AAF, and El Ojo, but I’m equally proud of the teams I’ve helped grow and the production cultures I’ve helped shape.
